Someone has been murdering Kine and leaving the bodies near Elysium. Worse, the killer has been implicating several influential Kindred by leaving embarrassing evidence of certain shady business dealings and subversive political maneuvering, evidence that has raised the hackles of both the human authorities and vampire society. Word is that the Prince will be foregoing his usual annual address to the Kindred of Philadelphia to make his displeasure known personally, and anybody who is anybody has been quietly encouraged to be in attendance.
