Obviously people coming in from another dimension was not in the plan. Now we have to keep them safe from IOU's 'normal' hazzards, and keep them from finding more trouble. Especially since COUP would literally kill for them, not to mention what C.T.H.U.L.H.U. would do to them as well if they were discovered.
