Drawn by this blood and misery were the demonic Others, who used the psychic residue to tear open the veil between worlds. World War I is now fought on two fronts- the human enemies of foreign nations and the other worldly beings out of nightmare. In this WW1 horror survival adventure, a squad of soldiers must get a secret weapon to the front. If they succeed, humanity may yet continue. Failure might be the end of man's reign! The lands around the Worldscar have never quite recovered from the Void nearly winning ages ago. A soothsayer tells the characters that for the Void to be destroyed, they must infuse the body of the beast with the heart of a hero.
