Apparently, the Wizards Communication Cabal (W.C.C.) is a tower full of puritan wizards that have recently put a protection from words spell on the town so words considered "indecent" are censored, even in private. Before long more words are deemed inappropriate and the townspeople are split between complying and risking everything to join a small resistance.
