This is not intended to be a combat heavy adventure and is best enjoyed by players who like moral challenges. While a full-on combat option is possible, their also exists the possibility to resolve the entire adventure without a single combat action. The choice is yours and I will indulge either direction with enthusiasm.

The team of NCIS agents are stranded at a resort hotel due to a blizzard. The only other guests are there for a Steampunk convention. They are called to action when the Chair of the convention is murdered. It is up to them find the murderer before he or she strikes again. The phone and internet are down. So, old fashioned investigation techniques must be used. Familiarity with the T.V. show N.C.I.S. is a must. Players should know the various characters in the T.V. show and their quirks. For example, the Gibbs player should know a few of "Gibbs' Rules." The Ziva player should make mistakes with common sayings (like "a cow of a different color" instead of "a horse of a different color"). This game will involve more role playing and problem solving than combat.
