Her Majesty and subjects are not completely defenseless, the oldest of the "old guard" has been re-awoken: The Brotherhood of Cain. This cabal of sentinels has little oversight and qually minimum morals. Through application of firearms, poison, and eldritch secrets they will purge the danger in London and secure mankind's chance at a future.
