The daimyo has agreed, but knows that a local opposing officer has eyes for the daimyo’s lands. The daimyo has recruited your force to take out the nearby officer to preserve the daimyo’s property.

The lord wishes to keep the investigation secret as the lord is afraid of foul play within his own court as the local rulers vie for the lord’s attention. The lord hopes for his friend’s safe return and would like to punish those responsible for the disappearance.
