Stellarium is required to maintain the stability of RJ Brandes star drives. At his urging, the young Legion of Super-Heroes is sent to the planet to investigate a plague on the verge of devastating the populace. If a cure can be found, the UP President is convinced the planet will join the United Planets, but she is skeptical of the Legions ability to achieve the mission. Only upon Brandes insistence is the inexperienced Legion dispatched.
