11/16/2139:TheTerran starliner Dubrovnic, carrying League of Aliens diplomats to an important war council, is ambushed as it exits hyperspace in the Proxima Centauri system.Terran naval forces in the system rush to the aid of Dubrovnic as the mysterious attackers begin to board the damaged ship. After a protracted stalemate in the assault on the Machine production facility at Sigma Draconis VI, UNE infiltrators plant an enhanced EMP nuke to disable Machine defenses in a critical sector.
