Open to all players, 80 positions. 5 round swiss style tournament. Players bring order markers, wound markers, dice, cards, and a pre-drafted 510 point Heroscape (no Marvel) army that does not exceed 24 hexes. The tournament is played in one hour rounds. Top 16 players advance to Day 2 and will be allowed to add reinforcements to their existing army. See Day 2 for additional details.
16 players advancing to Day 2 will be allowed to add reinforcements to their existing Day 1 army. Start Zones remain 24 hexes. Reinforcements will be 90, 110, or 130 points depending upon the die roll from the previous day. It will be a single elimination event with a consolation match. All Day 2 players receive a prize.
