The Road Not Taken is an experimental LARP of decisions and emotions. In it, each player will have the opportunity to take the spotlight in a scene and make a tough decision. There is no continuity of plot or character for each scene. In each scene, one player will be in the spotlight, the one making the decision. The other players play voices, the inner voices that guide us all when we make decisions.
The Stargate Theater closed 99 years ago, following a horrific disaster during the dress rehearsal of its premier show. Now in 2011, a local historical society is set on restoration and beginning their fund-raising efforts by opening the theater itself for an invitation-only auction of items recovered from the ruins. What curiosities will be uncovered among the auction items, and what secrets might be revealed in the theater's wreckage?
