You and your fellow players are medieval witches who have stumbled upon Wickersby, a village without a crone. Send your familiars to gather silver, soil, fire, and flour from different locations throughout the village created at setup from the modular board design. Use these ingredients and proper incantations to cast spells that turn villagers into frogs, make them fall in (or out) of love, teleport them to different locations and more. When the spells meet the conditions of your Witch's Scheme cards, score 1, 2, or 3 points, as indicated. The first witch to 13 points is declared the Village Crone.
