Description:
Compete head to head for a chance at the National Championship of Carcassonne. Players will compete in a number of Swiss-paired rounds and the players with the best win record will advance to the Top 8. The Top 8 players of each qualifying tournament will progress to the 16 player National Championship on Saturday, August 19. If you make the Top 8, be prepared to return on Saturday at 12:00pm to compete in the National Championship tournament. ***Players who participated in Thursday's qualifier tournament are prohibited from participating in Friday's qualifier tournament.*** The winner of the National Championship will get a flight, hotel room, and entry to the Essen Game Fair (October 2017) to represent the US at the Carcassonne World Championship!
